Baking Classes
Based on our decades of teaching in local schools and creating a variety of cakes for special occasions, we have put together a range of baking classes to suit children and adults of all ages.
Our desire is to share our passion for baking and teach you how to bake sweet treats and healthy options too.

After School Baking Class Programme
For ages 5-16
Tuesdays 3:45pm – 5.15pm
- 25th February – treacle tarts
- 4th March – Spring flower biscuits
- 11th March – Fondant fancies
- 18th March – Hot Cross Buns
- 25th March – Mother’s Day cupcake bouquet
Single Classes: £25 per person, per session.
After School Baking Class Programme
For ages 5-16
Thursdays 3:45pm – 5:15pm

During this 5 week course we will learn to make a selection of sweet and savoury bakes as well as learning some different icing techniques.

Adult Classes
Pre-booking is essential for all adult classes.
Classes only run with a minimum of 4 participants. A glass of Presseco is included. (If you wish to book a private group event, please get in touch!)
Chocolate Cake
Monday, Jan 13
7 – 9pm
Bake a classic chocolate sponge, fill with chocolate butter icing and top with a chocolate ganache.
£30 per person
Carrot Cake Cupcakes
Monday, Jan 27
7 – 9pm
First, bake your own cupcakes and then experiment with different piping techniques to cover in buttercream.

Valentine's Biscuits
Monday, Feb 10
7 – 9pm
Bake 6 heart shaped biscuits and decorate with royal icing using the ‘pipe and flood’ technique.
£30 per person
Scones!
Monday, March 3
7 – 9pm
Come and make scones using our much-loved tearoom recipe. Your choice of plain, fruit or cheese and take a box away!
